Yes, changes to your reservation can be made based on availability at the time of your request. You are able to make changes to your reservation such as the number of drivers or date/time, or even the course.
However, if you wish to make changes or cancel your booking within 6 days prior (Japan Standard Time) to your activity date, our Cancellation Policy will apply.
Yes. Our standard insurance plan with basic coverage is indeed included in the tour fee, but you will have to pay a deductible if there are any kart damages due to bumping, scratching, rough driving or accidents. The deductible of 50,000 JPY/vehicle will be billed right after the tour.
The standard insurance plan covers:
・odily Injury (other than driver) : Limited to 80,000,000 JPY
・Property Damage : Limited to 20,000,000 JPY
・Driver Injury: Limited to 5,000,000 JPY
Therefore, we highly recommend our valuable customers choosing the full coverage insurance plan when making the reservation online or at the shop with an additional fee.

Great place! A little outside all the traffic so you get used to driving before heading into the city. Trip was two hours which was perfect. Besides costumes they also have rain-wear in case of bad weather and sunnies for better days. Our guide was phenomenal both at directions and cracking some jokes. Can definitely recommend!
Had an absolutely amazing time on our tour with our guide! We are celebrating the end of our honeymoon and this was the best way to end it! We got to see amazing sights like the Tokyo Tower and the Rainbow Bridge. Karting is a MUST when in Tokyo and we can't wait to return and do this again!!
